Horseshoe Bend Near Antelope Canyon - Arizona

This image was particularly challenging during to the extreme range of the shadows and sun lite areas. It took roughly 15 hours and 17 adjustment layers in photoshop CS44 to get this image to a point where I am happy with it. I really wanted to retain the detail in the shadows and the highlights, and carefully balance the image. The PSD file size is over 800 megabytes and will create an image 24x24 inches without up sizing. Up sizing using Photozoom Pro 2 I can print a beautiful image 48x48 inches.
